## Leadership

- **Tinu Elenjical**, CEO - Founder and CEO, running Elenjical's global business and driving its AI-first strategy.
- **Jeremy Ward**, COO and Chair - Responsible for operations and finance, chairs the board, and works with Tinu on strategy.
- **Kerisha Govender**, Head of People - Leads people strategy, developing and executing human-resources strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and culture.
- **Colyn van Zyl**, Executive - Executive management. Specialises in Murex infrastructure and Cloud.
- **Bereket Demeke**, Executive - Bereket is part of the Executive Management team at Elenjical Solutions and leads the firm's AI product and delivery capability. He holds a BEng (Hons) Cum Laude from the University of Pretoria and an MSc in Data Science, AI and Financial Technology from the University of London. He specialises in AI for capital markets, with extensive Front Office and Risk experience and a technical background spanning Integration, large-scale data platforms and software development.
- **Pierre Alam**, Middle East Regional Managing Director - Murex and capital markets technology professional with over 20 years of experience across treasury, front-to-back implementation, integration, and solution architecture.
- **Dana Hachem**, Regional Head - Murex and capital-markets professional with over 18 years combining financial-markets and technical expertise, leading large-scale Murex implementation and upgrade programmes. MSc in Global Central Banking & Financial Regulation, Warwick Business School.
- **Gaurav Joshi**, Executive - Executive management, leads the India office. Runs the India delivery team, which staffs client engagements across the group.
- **Alper Erbakan**, Regional Head - Regional management, leads Turkey. Responsible for business development and delivery across the region.
