Our graduate programme brings new capital markets and AI technologists into the firm. We run it once a year, in South Africa, the Middle East and India.

Regions: South Africa, Middle East, India

## The journey

1. **Recruit** - We hire once a year, mostly through LinkedIn, from strong STEM graduates.
2. **Train** - Three months of training in financial markets, technology and consulting skills.
3. **Place** - Graduates then join client work and shadow senior consultants.
4. **Grow** - You then specialise, usually in Murex, with a senior consultant mentoring you.

## Training

- **Financial markets**: Capital markets training: instruments, trading, risk and how the market works.
- **Technical**: Programming, databases, cloud and applied AI.
- **Soft skills**: Communication, consulting and working with stakeholders.

## Requirements

- A four-year undergraduate degree, Master's or PhD in a STEM field
- Computer Science
- Computer / Electronic & Electrical Engineering
- Finance & Mathematics
- Mathematics or Actuarial Science
- Financial Engineering or Financial Risk Management
